Questions We Get Often

Have a question you don’t see listed below? Fill out the handy form at the bottom of this page and we’ll get right back to you.

How much does photography cost?
Product photography is $45 per image. Please reach out to request our rate sheet for our Editorial packages.

How does shipping work?
Use your preferred carrier to ship your products to us. For return shipping, we can generate a label with any carrier, or you can email us your own. We always insure the full value of the package, and recommend that you do too.

What forms or information do you need for us to start working together?
If you're a brand new client, we'll ask you to fill out a one-time New Client Information form. Then, for each photo shoot moving forward, please complete a Work Order Form (we'll email it to you) & let us know when to expect your package.

How long will my project take?
Depending on the time of year, we typically book 4-8 weeks in advance. Once your project starts, we aim to have your images shot & edited within 7-10 days. If you have specific deadlines, reach out and let's see if we can make it work!

I'm local - can I drop off my products to you?
Local clients can drop off products to our studio in downtown San Diego during business hours. Details will be provided during booking.

Who else have you worked with?
We've worked with over 250 designers, makers, and retailers since 2013. You can see a recent client list here!

How is my jewelry protected while it's with you?

Do you shoot jewelry on models? Or offer any video services?
We don't currently offer any on-model or video services, but feel free to check back and we'll update here if we do.
I did a quick search for a local jewelry photographer here in San Diego and found Sara. I was really excited to meet with her and once I sat down with her, viewed her work and saw how she handled me as a client, I was so excited to have found her. She is extremely professional and very timely when working with us. She understands that often times she is the very last step in a project and that clients are anxious to get their pieces and that keeping them longer than necessary isn't an option. Her work is consistently beautiful and very well received. I look forward to working with Sara for years to come!
