Once we set a date for your shoot, you'll receive a confirmation email that has our shipping address & Work Order Form.
Feel free to ship to us using whatever carrier you prefer. For return shipping, we can either generate a label, or you can email us one of your own.
The #1 thing you can do to set yourself up for a successful shoot is to make sure your product is ready for its close-up! Freshly cleaned & polished jewelry, or brand new product, makes a world of difference in the outcome of your photos. Minor scratches and imperfections do show up easily in front of the macro lens.
To give you the most mileage out of your photos, we deliver them as both high-resolution (300dpi) JPGs, as well as web-optimized (72dpi) JPGs. That way they're ready for both print & digital uses.
The image dimensions will be 2250x1500px, and can be delivered as JPG, TIFF, PNG, or a combination depending on your needs.
We can also deliver files as PSDs with transparent backgrounds for an additional $5 each. Not sure if you need that? We can always take care of it down the road if the need arises.
You'll receive your invoice via email that will have a link to pay by credit card or bank account. Prefer to pay by PayPal, Venmo, or check? No problem! Note that payment is due before the final images are delivered.
